This group of Ethan's friends worked tirelessly
for several hours to weigh over 250 bales of
clothing and shoes.  Additional clothing and
shoes are needed to completely fill the 53'
container.  Please drop off your donations at
Old Savannah City Mission, 2414 Bull Street,
Savannah, Ga 31401.  Anyone desiring to

celebrate Ethan's life and honor his

We Need Your Clothes!

In addition to providing clean
clothes to our Mission guests, we
also provide clothing to abuse
victims who may have had to flee
their homes without clothing or
anything, families in the community
who are without funds to purchase
clothing, and victims of fire and/or
flooding.  Clothing is also sent to
our Bargain Centers with all
proceeds going directly to Old
Savannah City Mission.  Once
clothing in the Bargain Centers
have been rotated, they are sent
to our warehouse where the
surplus is baled, put on a
container and sold.  Proceeds
derived from the baling go directly
to Old Savannah City Mission.

This is a “win-win” for everyone.
Donors win because they get rid of
what they no longer use; they give
to the less fortunate and get a tax-
break in the process.  The Mission
wins because we have items to
distribute locally to individuals in
need and the overage can be sold
to help generate revenues to feed
the hungry and shelter the
homeless. Absolutely no clothing
donations go to waste.
